Welcome to The Vital Leader In the course of this program we will be re-introducing you to leadership, explore the fundamentals of an intrepreneure leader, you will experience leading with emotional intelligence, we will take you through the Leadership Vitality Model and end with important leadership competencies.
The leader of today has greater challenges than ever before in terms of unlocking human potential in their organization and delivering results. In a business environment that is volatile with high uncertainties, the need to be strategic in leading becomes a matter of necessity.
Successful leaders are able to transform teams and organizations, enhance value creation, create efficiencies and engage their employees to deliver better results.
